This meditation app has achieved the highest ranking in the App Store in 22 different countries, consistently performing well since 2012.

Over 600,000 users have found relaxation and happiness with this app. The guided journey takes you through a series of muscle relaxation exercises from head to toe, complemented by a specially composed soundtrack. The meditation concludes with uplifting affirmations. By the end of the meditation, you will feel rested, relaxed, and inspired.

The Lite version of the app, narrated by Ross Puddle, offers an introductory meditation experience similar in length to the full version. While it does not include the additional meditations and premium features of its counterpart, the Lite version still competes admirably in the market and provides a wonderful introduction to our powerful meditation techniques.

All of our meditations feature the captivating music of Australian composer Christopher Lloyd Clarke B.Sc, Msc.D. In Complete Relaxation, a unique blend of his enchanting tracks "The Essence of Peace" and "Heavens Gate" accompany the meditation, creating an immersive experience.
